All of our products are designed and made in Melbourne, Australia.

+ How do I care for my furniture?

At the time of purchase you will be sent care details specific to your product, its materials and its finish. A hard copy of this will also in with your furniture when it is delivered. If you have lost your products Care Details please fill out the form below and we will get those right out to you.

+ How does your shipping work?

VIC Metro 3000-3207 Flat Rate $25 For orders with a value over $300 use the code 'shipfree'for free shipping. As our furniture is made to order, once your piece of furniture is finished we will contact you to organise your personal delivery.

+ Do you ship interstate?

Yes we can! For shipping price inquiries please fill out the contact form below with the products you would like and the delivery address. We'll get back to you shortly.

+ Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at this point in time we cannot ship outside of Australia.

+ Can I customise your products?

We can at times customise our products, including the materials and finishes used. However, as these designs are fully resolved somtimes simply 'making it longer' is not possible as it may result in negative effects on the design and functionality of our product. For specific questions get in touch on the contact page

+ Can I order bespoke furniture from you?

Bespoke is always an option, if you have something particular in mind shoot us an email as we are always happy to have a chat.

+ Returns and Warranty

Timber is a natural material, grain and colour will vary, the timber will move with the weather, non structural surface checking is not considered a defect.

Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We will not be liable for any claim for breach of any warranty given under these warranty terms unless You satisfy us that You have strictly complied with any of Our instructions relating to the relevant Goods. 1. You must; (a) notify Us in writing of Goods or services failed to comply with the relevant warrantees detailed above within seven (7) days of the delivery of the relevant Goods; and (b) provide photos accompanied with a written comment of the alleged fault or defect to facilitate the claim process;and (c) preserve as far as possible for Our inspection, Goods that are alleged not to comply.
